Shipping and Returns
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be extended during peak times such as the November-January holiday season. Please remember that processing times are not included in transit time estimates.
You will receive an email containing tracking information once your order has been processed and labeled. If you have not received an email after 4 business days, please be sure to check your Spam/Junk folder before contacting us.
US Domestic Shipping Policy
We ship domestic orders via USPS unless otherwise requested. Standard USPS shipping typically takes 3-5 business days after the package leaves our facility. While we ship promptly, USPS delivery speed and tracking updates are outside of our control.
Priority shipping is available for an additional fee. Priority orders will typically arrive within 2-4 business days after they leave our facility.
Free standard shipping is available on all US orders over $35. This will apply automatically in your cart - no need to enter a code!
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for any loss or theft. All packages over $500 will require signature on delivery to ensure safe receipt. Additionally, please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
International Shipping Policy
We currently ship to the following countries: Canada, United Kingdom, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, France, Germany, United Arab Emirates, and US Outlying Islands (Pacific territories). Please note that free shipping is not available for international orders.
Customers are responsible for the costs of international shipping and handling, which will be calculated at checkout. All international orders are shipped via UPS. Please note that once your package leaves the United States, Charms by Tuller is no longer responsible for the package. We cannot be held liable for delays caused by customs, local postal carriers, or other unforeseen circumstances.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Returns Policy
For domestic orders, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase in order to initiate a return. Return shipping charges are paid by the customer.
No international returns are accepted except in cases of manufacturer damage.
If you have received items with manufacturer defects, please email info@charmsbytuller.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase and we will happy to assist you with a resolution.
