Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be happy with your order and are here to help if something isn’t right.
Returns
Domestic customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in original, unused condition
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item with a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
- We will gladly replace the item or offer a solution
- “Damage” refers to manufacturing defects only, not wear, misuse, or damage caused during shipping
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or altered items
- Items not in original condition
- Custom or soldered chains
