Shipping Policy
We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business day (excluding weekends and holidays). During busy periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship all domestic orders via USPS unless otherwise requested.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated 3–7 business days after shipment
- Priority Shipping: Estimated 2–4 business days after shipment (available for an additional fee)
Please note that once your order leaves our facility, delivery times and tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and are outside of our control.
Shipping Upgrades
If you need your order faster, upgraded shipping options are available. Please place your order first, and we will provide an exact upgrade cost based on weight and destination.
Order Value & Signature Requirement
All orders over $500 will require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.
Shipping Delays & Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
